Please join us in congratulating our Robotics Teams from Cooper, Gilkey, and Starr Elementary Schools that participated in the VEX IQ Robotics Tournament at Jenison Junior High School on December 10th — many students, coaches, and parents for the first time.
Our objective for early tournaments is always to learn as much as possible, and to enjoy the day to the fullest. As you can see from the attached photos, we accomplished both objectives.
After 8 matches in the Qualifying Round, Cooper team "The Rocket" placed 3rd of 52 teams; and Cooper team "TP Titans" placed 25th. After the Final Round, the two teams placed 6th and 11th, respectively.
