MS Teams "Bad Bananas" and "Trial and Error" Qualify for World Championship Tournament


Middle School teams "Bad Bananas" and "Trial and Error" qualified for the VEX World Championship Tournament at the River Raisin/Knabusch Michigan MS State Championship Tournament, held at the River Raisin National Battlefield in Monroe, Michigan on Saturday, March 4.


Team "Bad Bananas" qualified by winning the Think Award for their work to develop and implement quality robot programming as part of their strategy to solve the game challenge. Pictured here are team members Luca Cassada, Blaine Rensi, and Parker Montange.



Team "Trial and Error" qualified by achieving a high Skills score during the Monroe event. The Skills score is the total points accumulated during a one-minute driver-controlled phase, and a one-minute autonomous phase. Pictured here are team members Liam Preuninger, Mai Nguyen, and Erica Klein.
